"Just wanted to let you both know Doug and his crew proactively helped me out of a bind here and just wanted to extend my thanks to them for helping me in this project. In San Antonio we had circuits being extended for the xxxxx xxxxx upgrade and I was using xxxxx as a reference. In xxxxx the handed off a single Ethernet connection which I assumed would be the case here. Murphy’s law went into effect and I guessed wrong and would have been 2 demark extensions short for the upcoming cutover. Doug and his guys caught my error and actually extended 4 cables in total despite the fact that my order was for a single pull. I just wanted let you both know so that it didn’t go unnoticed and say thanks again to Doug and his crew.

From the point of contact to the point of completion, you all have been quick to respond to our needs and have been so very professional.
I had not really known what to expect from an organization that we had never done business with before, and you have far exceeded any expectation I had.
I really appreciate that you came onsite when you said you would be here and you accomplished the project in the time frame projected.
All of the folks that worked on the project were courteous and a pleasure to come into contact with.

"Subject: GREAT JOB!
I want to give a giant Thank You and commend Bull and his field team on the excellent job they did for me on the XX cable project. From the RFQ award to the end of the cut over, Bull went above and beyond what was expected, literally working day and night to keep this project on schedule so we would not delay the project construction schedule any further, as well as helping me coordinate with the XX Department. Since we were in the milestone schedule of the project, it was imperative that we met the June 8 deadline to move all of the copper and fiber circuits to the new cable. Given the time frame we had to finish the job, Bull had very little room for error in getting everything installed correctly and terminated by June 7. Tel Tech completed the cut over in half the time allotted on Monday morning and every single fiber and copper connection (over 200 total) worked without any issues. While I can’t say that I am surprised, I am still very impressed with the organization and preparation all Tel Tech employees displayed throughout this project and especially during the cut over on June 8 to make it a completely seamless transition for all of our client stake holders. Thank you again!”
